The 5 storied cottage (located 5 meters from the sea), divided into two suites (3 leveled and 2 leveled for 4 persons plus 2 additional berths). The stunning view from the balconies unfolds at the azure sea, Mt Cat in the west and wild rocks of Simeiz in the East. The Northern view features the spectacular Mt Ai-Petri.

The rooms are equipped and furnished in accordance with the latest design standards.
New high quality furniture, first-class equipped bathrooms on all floors, video equipment, air conditioners. Such rooms are not to be found even in the most expensive Crimean hotels.

Each of the suites features something unique – either a fire place, or a bike-trainer, or a sauna, or an exit to a green lawn in an olive grove, where you can have a picnic.

Services: The price includes linen change every three days, car park or garage use. Free transfer for those who arrive for 7 or more days. We can also offer such services as a cruise on a comfortable yacht that will take you from the very porch of the cottage to any point of the Crimean coast; massage; restaurant with VIP services etc..
Meals: available at request at additional cost.
